Under Pinny’s leadership, the center offers a wide range of therapies to cater to your needs. From play therapy to family systems therapy to trauma-focused CBT. Whatever method works best for you, Pinny will put everything in place to guarantee you get the help you deserve.

He has helped grow the Center from just 3 to 30 therapists in only 3 years. Today, over 450 therapy sessions take place every week. How is growth like this possible? Because Pinny’s commitment to your success is palpable. It’s in the air. The staff know it. The clients feel it. You can experience it too.

Experience: 10+ years of training and supervision, Masters in Social Work (MSW), NYS licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). Therapist then supervisor (of 20+ therapists) for Astor Family Services in the Bronx, Director of substance abuse program at Bikur Cholim of Rockland County.

Giving the best possible care in a mental health crisis is the very fibre of Mordechai’s being. It’s what makes him tick. It always has.

While developing extensive expertise working with local service providers, Mordechai realized something important.

Mordechai saw that the unique character of our community required aunique response to dealing with mental health crises. Using decades of experience in both treatment and administrative positions, he turned this idea into a success story. He co-founded the Daas Wellness Center.
